When it comes to needle on bar or cartridges, most companies want to try and sell you as many different configurations as possible. ⁠ As an example, their selection might consist of up to 10 different kinds of 7 round liners. You can expect that you’ll need to buy a full box of any needle or cartridge you’re interested in using. ⁠With Blüe Steel Tattoo we wanted to change that.

We as tattooers have never liked being forced to buy a full box of every configuration I want to use or even try. There are groupings we use multiple times a day and others we use every few weeks.

We have also found buying a full box of one size needle, simply because we heard from a friend they were good, or they were the “new thing” to try. They more than often ended up collecting dust in our drawer.

We wanted to give tattooers the ability to create their own boxes of needles or cartridges, mixed with configurations of their choice.
